If I'm nervous or worried about trying something new or unfamiliar I can ask for more information. If I'm nervous or worried about missing something important in class I can Ask the teacher to make it up. If I want more information about what is going on I can ask the teacher or a adult. If I worried or anxious and I need to calm down I will take three deep breaths. If I don't feel comfortable participating in a new activity I can tell adult I feel uncomfortable.
